I’ve been experimenting with doing a Live Video Broadcast for about 6 years now and have tried all kinds of different tech to make it high quality. The technology has not always been easily available and the results have usually been subpar at best. I actually did a Live Broadcast back in 2010, but it didn’t go as well as I had liked so I ended up canning the project.

Fast forward to 2015 when I started researching it again and I feel I have found many new ways to make the show as high quality as I can and I’m liking the results.

The tests I have done so far have came out great and I was able to stream a 1080 60p HD video with really high quality audio. I’ll also be able to use an iPod to demonstrate examples or to play along with track that I’m teaching. So now I’m going to give it a shot and see how it goes in a real live situation.

Clapton 335 Analysis

For this Live Broadcast I’ll be doing an analysis of the way Clapton plays Have You Ever Loved a Woman from his Tribute to Freddie King Live Show. I think it will be a great study to show how Clapton’s playing changes a bit when he picks up a 335.

How To Gain Access

Anyone who purchases a course will have access to this Live Broadcast. This includes the new Play Like Clapton Pt 2 Course. If you’re an All Access Pass Subscriber then you’ll be able to watch the Recorded Playback as well.

In addition to watching the Live Broadcast, you’ll also be able to ask a question in the chatroom below the video which I think is great if you have a question about something. That way I can see your question and demonstrate it right there. Pretty cool I think.

I’m always trying to add new ways to deliver my lessons and I plan to do a new one every month about a different artist.
